Kenya's spymaster-elect Noordin Haji is a career intelligence officer

President Ruto has nominated him as new Director General of the NIS.

Nairobi, Kenya: President William Ruto on Tuesday May 16 nominated the Director of Public Prosecutions, Noordin Haji as the new Director General for National Intelligence Service (NIS).
