ISO Deputy DG, ISO, Emmy Katabazi promoted from Lt Col to Colonel, Director in charge of political affairs, Joseph Aliganyira from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel

The Director General of the Internal Security Organization (ISO) Charles Oluka has been promoted to the rank of Brigadier General in a major shakeup involving 395 officers. Oluka has been holding the rank of Colonel which he obtained three years ago.
