Charles Alhassan Kipo is the Director-General (DG) of Ghana’s National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) — the country’s domestic intelligence and investigations agency, formerly known as the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI). He was appointed in January 2025 by President John Dramani Mahama, succeeding Nana Attobrah Quaicoe.
