Five Tanzanian nationals identified as Muhamed Jahad Farah, Nadrik Mbwana Salumi, Saad Suleiman Saleh, Ali Issa Ali and Ugandan national Hassan Tourabih Kintosa were arrested in Garissa, Kenya on their way to Somalia where they tried to join forces with al-Shabaab.
