Cybersecurity researchers have uncovered a North Korean state-backed cyber espionage campaign by the notorious Kimsuky hacking group, which weaponised ChatGPT and other generative AI tools to forge military IDs and launch AI-driven phishing attacks against South Korean journalists and researchers.
